The system has a separate workspace for each role, and each person sees only what concerns their own work.

• The shop's workspace — dashboard, fleet, bookings and finance
• The online storefront and its booking flow
• The customer portal — trips, documents, payments and consent
• The driver portal — assigned jobs, usable when the signal drops
• The partner portal — cars placed with you, earnings and statements
• The employee pages — shifts, hours, leave and payslips
• The platform console — two-factor authentication required

The system will not guess on your behalf

Every screen shows only records that exist and that your account may see. Where there is nothing, it says so, and the bar at the top always states which data source is in use.
