Built for Thailand

Built to fit Thai paperwork and Thai law

Not a foreign system with translated screens, but one designed around the document cycles, taxes and timezone a Thai business actually works in.

Thai tax documents, not adapted ones

Withholding tax certificates, tax invoices and document numbers that run by the tax year — designed around Thai accounting from the start.

PDPA lives in the workflow

Access and deletion requests have an owner, a due date, and an identity check before any data leaves — not just a policy page on a website.

Thai, English and Lao come with it

All three are already in the product — for shops with staff or customers across the border, with no translation round to wait for.

The working day is counted in Thai time

Shifts, clock-ins and day boundaries all use Asia/Bangkok, so work after midnight does not land on the wrong day.

Getting started

Start without stopping work

Bring the old data over first and switch parts on one at a time. You need not wait for every module before you start selling.

01

Bring your existing files across

Import cars and customers from CSV. The file is checked and the result shown to you before anything is saved, with problem rows pointed out line by line.

02

Set up the shop and its permissions

Create companies, branches and user roles, then grant permissions right down to a branch or an individual assigned record.

03

Open the online storefront

Start on a link under the platform's domain straight away, and move to your own domain when you are ready.

04

Raise and follow issues in the system

Anything you report gets a number, a status and an owner, followed from the settings page rather than hunted for in a chat.

Lead to return

Every step hands on to the next, without losing the context

The statuses that matter are governed by business rules and a change history, so the team knows what comes next and why.

Built for real rental work

Closing the gaps rental businesses fall through most often

Availability & LC lock

Double bookings refused at the database

The time window, the buffer and the vehicle's status are checked before a hold becomes a booking, all inside one transaction.

CRM timeline

The customer's context does not fall between teams

The lead, the messages, the quote, the booking, the payment and the notes all sit on one timeline.

Paperless operation

The evidence is complete before the car leaves

The inspection checklist, photographs, signature, OTP, time and who did it all carry their metadata.

Finance integrity

Every amount has an origin and a way back

Deposits, security money, income, refunds, expenses and adjustments are kept apart, and history is never overwritten.

BookingChargePaymentLedger

Trust is infrastructure

Security does not begin after you open

Each shop's data is separated at the database layer, not at the screen. If the application code slips, the database still refuses.

  • Row-level separation on every tableOn for all 163 of 163 tables. Not one is exempt.
  • Permissions split by task and by scopeView, create, edit, approve, refund and sensitive data are separate rights, down to branch level.
  • Two-factor authenticationPlatform administrator accounts must pass 2FA before the console opens, enforced in the web layer and in the database alike.
  • PDPA lives in the workflowConsent, retention, export and deletion requests each carry a status and a deadline you can audit.
  • 1,035 tests over the business rulesA database-level suite runs before every release, covering double bookings, permissions and money.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you move systems

What does it cost, and how many plans are there?

There is one plan at ฿9,999 a year with every function in the system. No smaller or larger edition, no add-ons, and no limit on companies, branches or cars (up to 10,000 user accounts per shop). VAT is not included.

How long is the free trial, and what happens when it ends?

30 days free, with every function available exactly as for a paying customer. The dashboard counts the days down throughout. At the end you pay yearly to carry on, and everything you saved during the trial is still there.

Does it support several companies and branches?

Yes: tenant → company → branch, with permissions grantable at tenant, company or branch level, or only over the records someone is assigned.

How are double bookings prevented?

Availability locks expire, and confirming a booking goes through a transaction with conflict protection in the database. It does not rely on hiding a button on screen.

Can it connect to payments, LINE or GPS?

The connection points are in the system, but switching one on needs an account and credentials the shop registers itself. We help with the setup, and the screen always shows the true connection state: if it is not connected, it says so, rather than looking as though it works.

Will it invent flattering numbers when there is no data?

No. Every page shows only records that exist and that this user may see. Where there is nothing, it says so. Every dashboard figure can be clicked back to the records behind it. The screenshots on this website are illustrations, not any shop's data.

We use Excel today. Can we bring the data across?

Yes. There is a CSV importer for cars and customers that checks the file and shows you the result before saving. Badly formed rows are pointed out one by one with the reason, rather than the whole file being refused.

If we leave one day, can we get our data back?

Yes. Everything sits in a standard PostgreSQL database, not a format peculiar to this system. It can be exported to files, and there is a per-person PDPA export process in the product as well.

How many branches, and how fine-grained are the permissions?

Structurally there is no branch limit. It divides into shop → company → branch, and rights can be granted at any of those levels or over only the records someone is assigned — checked again in the database, not merely hidden from a menu.

Can drivers use it where the signal is poor?

Yes. The driver screens keep status changes on the device while offline and resend them when the connection returns. The resend is designed so that sending several times cannot produce duplicates.

Where is the data kept, and who can reach it?

You choose: a cloud provider, or your own server. Every table has row-level access control on, platform administrators must pass two-factor authentication before the console opens, and significant actions are recorded for later audit.
